What to expect

Relax & Restore sessions are a gentle invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

We begin with a guided somatic meditation, helping you settle your body, slow your breathing, and calm your nervous system. This body-based approach supports emotional regulation, reduces overwhelm, and brings you into the present moment.

As the session unfolds, we engage the senses in a calm and nurturing way. A soothing environment is created with aromatic essential oils, soft music, and gentle sensory elements, supporting a deep sense of relaxation and safety. Where appropriate and always with consent, light touch and grounding techniques may be offered.

From this place of calm, you are guided into watercolour creation — a slow, flowing process where colour and water move naturally on the page. There is no pressure or expectation, just space to explore, express, and be present. Herbal teas, water, and light snacks are also offered to support comfort and gentle nourishment throughout your experience.

We gently close with a relaxing hand massage, if you feel comfortable, leaving you feeling soothed, grounded, and reconnected with yourself.​
