These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases, and participation in Canvas Crew events, workshops, parties, and services. By booking or attending a Canvas Crew session, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. About Canvas Crew
Canvas Crew provides creative painting experiences, including Canvas & Chocolate sessions, social painting events, private parties, and themed workshops. Sessions may be held in a home-based, studio-style environment or at external venues by arrangement.
2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be made through the Canvas Crew website or via direct arrangement.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). Canvas Crew does not store payment card details.
3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers

Due to the nature of event planning and preparation, bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person by notifying Canvas Crew in advance.

In exceptional circumstances, Canvas Crew may offer a credit at its discretion.

If Canvas Crew needs to cancel or reschedule an event, participants will be offered a refund or transfer to another session.
4. Attendance and Participation

Canvas Crew sessions are relaxed, creative experiences designed for enjoyment, not formal art instruction.

Participants attend and take part at their own risk.

Canvas Crew reserves the right to refuse participation or ask a participant to leave if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
5. Alcohol (BYO Events)

Some Canvas Crew sessions may be BYO wine or alcohol.

Alcohol consumption is optional and must be responsible.

Canvas Crew does not supply alcohol unless explicitly stated.

Participants must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol.

Canvas Crew accepts no responsibility for incidents arising from alcohol consumption.
6. Health, Safety, and Allergies

Art materials used are generally non-toxic; however, participants are responsible for disclosing any allergies or sensitivities.

Chocolate and other food items may contain allergens.

Please advise Canvas Crew of any dietary requirements or health concerns prior to the session.
7. Accessibility
Canvas Crew aims to provide inclusive and accessible experiences. Sessions hosted at our home venue are wheelchair accessible. If you have specific access or support needs, please contact us prior to booking so we can discuss reasonable adjustments.
8. Children and Minors

Children may attend sessions where explicitly stated.

Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian unless otherwise agreed.

Canvas Crew is not responsible for the supervision of children unless stated in writing.
9. Photography and Media

Canvas Crew may take photographs or short videos during sessions for promotional purposes (e.g. website or social media).

If you do not wish to be photographed, please advise us prior to the session.

Artwork created during sessions remains the property of the participant.
10. Property and Damage

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

Canvas Crew is not liable for loss or damage to personal items.

Participants may be responsible for damage caused by negligent or reckless behaviour.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canvas Crew is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in sessions, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Canvas Crew reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be published on our website.
