Winter can feel heavy — slower, quieter, and sometimes a little grey. This session is a gentle invitation to pause, warm up, and reconnect with yourself in a calm, nurturing space.

Winter Glow: Paint & Hot Chocolate Session is designed to help you slow your body and mind, soften the edges of a busy life, and simply be for a while.

We begin with a short guided grounding to settle your nervous system — easing you out of “doing” mode and into a more relaxed, present state. From there, you’ll be guided into a flowing watercolour experience, where colour and water move freely on the page. There’s no pressure to create anything perfect — just space to explore, release, and let things unfold naturally.

As you create, you’ll enjoy a warm cup of hot chocolate and light, nourishing treats — adding to the sense of comfort and care throughout the session.
